As a general rule, we will store your personal data as long as you have an account on the igift.ro platform, except for the images you upload to the website for product personalization, which will be automatically deleted after a period of no more than 30 days from the upload date. You can request the deletion of specific information or the closure of your account at any time, and we will comply with these requests, subject to retaining certain information even after the account is closed, in situations where applicable legislation or our legitimate interests require it.

ALTANET takes all appropriate organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or unauthorized access, including:
- Data is stored electronically in files that can only be accessed by authorized users of the company, who have access through a username and password (passwords are changed periodically).
- All users are required to maintain the confidentiality of the data they have access to.
- The platform and server where customers enter their data are secured.
- Computers are installed in rooms that can be locked.
- Printing of personal data is only done by authorized users.
If online payment is available and the customer chooses this method, the processing of banking card data is done exclusively on the servers of the payment card processor with whom ALTANET has entered into a contract. ALTANET does not request or store any banking card information from customers.
