Service and warranty
To place an order online, you can navigate through our website using the menu, select the desired category, or use the search option by typing the product you are looking for.
Documents required for warranty service:
When returning a defective product within the warranty period, the customer must present the following documents:
- The warranty certificate, correctly completed with the purchase date, stamped, and signed, along with the invoice or receipt.
- The product in good physical condition (except for normal wear and tear due to usage).
- The accessories with which the product was delivered.
- A detailed description of the product defect.
- Your contact details: name, surname, phone number, and email address, so we can keep you informed about the repair status.
If the documents mentioned above are not provided, the warranty will be void.
In the case of an unjustified warranty claim, the consumer will be charged for the labor costs of the investigation.
The warranty does not cover:
- The costs and risks of transport related to the warranty of the products.
- Modifications made to the product for improvement without the written approval of the manufacturer or seller.
- The necessary periodic maintenance and the repair or replacement of components resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Physical defects caused by mechanical/thermal shocks (breaks, scratches, cracks, burns, deformations, etc.).
- The warranty is void if the manufacturer's labels, markings, and seals show signs of wear, modifications, peeling, or other signs of tampering.
- The entry of foreign objects or liquids inside the product.
Authentication
Authentication requires entering the user details (username and password) with which you registered on the site. In order to place an order, you must log in with the email address and password you provided during your registration in "My Account." If this is your first time shopping on igift.ro, please carefully complete your personal details in the registration form – the information must be accurate and complete. Certain fields are mandatory and are marked clearly. Without this information, we will not be able to fulfill orders or create delivery documents. After logging in, you can view your shopping cart and complete your order.
Registration involves entering your personal details (first name, last name, address, etc.) in order to create a user account necessary for logging in.
Checkout without registration involves completing an order form, after which you will follow the instructions to confirm your order.
By phone order
You can call one of the numbers displayed on the product details page, and an igift.ro operator will process your order.
