Product delivery
Products delivered through Fast Courier are shipped directly to the recipient's address. Products can only be delivered within the coverage area of our courier service. If you choose the Fast Courier shipping option, you will be contacted by phone to confirm if the products can be delivered to you. On the shipping information page, both the shipping address and billing address will be displayed, the same as those declared during your registration on this site. You have the option to add additional addresses for product delivery. It is mandatory that the provided information matches the details in the recipient's identity document.
Shipping
To ensure optimal shipping conditions and duration, we recommend that you choose a shipping address where you will be present. The shipping schedule is usually between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays, and delivery can be made to your workplace (for example) during this time frame. If the delivery address is outside the coverage area of the fast courier service, the shipment will be made via Romanian Post. Delivery Time
Your order will be processed and shipped by us within a maximum of 24 working hours after confirming the availability of the ordered products in stock. Shipping will be done within a maximum of 48 working hours via the Fast Courier delivery option.
Note: For orders over 500 RON, delivery is FREE!
Fees: For orders under 500 RON, the shipping cost is 25 RON via the Fast Courier delivery option.
Note: The shipping fees mentioned above are calculated based on the rates of the courier company. The standard rate is calculated for a weight of 1 kg. For packages exceeding this weight, we reserve the right to recalculate these costs. Thus, the shipping fees mentioned above will be increased by 1.2 RON for each additional kg or fraction of kg. The exact value of the shipping fees will be calculated in the shopping cart.
Products Delivered via Romanian Post – Coletarie Service
These products can be delivered to any location within the country. The delivery time is 5-7 working days.
If you have chosen the shipping option via the Coletarie Romanian Post service, you will receive a notification in your mailbox to pick up your package. You will need to go to the Post Office, where, by presenting your ID and paying the package fee, you will be able to pick up the products. If you do not receive the notification in your mailbox, we recommend checking with your local Post Office for the package within 3-5 days from when you were notified by email that the package has been delivered.
ATTENTION! Packages are kept at the Post Office for only 10 (ten) calendar days, after which they will be returned. Returned packages due to non-pickup will not exempt you from paying the return postal fees, which are 15 + 15 = 30 RON.
Delivery Time – Your order will be processed and shipped by us within a maximum of 24 working hours after confirming the availability of the ordered products in stock. Shipping will be done within a maximum of 4-7 working days to any location in Romania (according to Romanian Post) via the Coletarie Romanian Post service.
