How to buy

All products sold by our website benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with the current legislation and commercial policies. The commercial policies are determined by the manufacturer. The products are new, second-hand (SH), or refurbished, in their original packaging, and come from authorized sources of each manufacturer.

Select the desired product and click on it to view details or directly click the "Add to Cart" button if you have found the desired product.

  • You can log in as a user of this store. You can create an account directly from the checkout page or you can purchase without registration.
  • Confirm the order for the products in your shopping cart.
  • The ordered products will be shipped.
  • Upon receiving the products, you will make the payment for the order.

If this product meets your needs, you can add it to the shopping cart by pressing the "Buy" button.

After completing your shopping, authentication, registration, or payment without registration is required.

The displayed price of the products includes VAT.

Shopping Cart

The shopping cart will retain all the selected products. The content of the shopping cart can always be displayed by selecting it from the main menu. A subtotal will always be displayed during shopping in the "My Cart" section. The value of the products is updated in real-time.

If you wish to add more products to the cart, click the "Continue Shopping" button.

To return to the cart without placing any orders, you can use the "My Cart" icon, which is located at the top of the page.

You can check the selected products and modify the quantity you want to purchase. You can also remove products you no longer want. After marking the product for removal or completing the desired quantity, click the "Update Cart" button.

If everything is correct, follow the steps in the "Order Delivery Details" section to finalize the order.

If everything was correct, a confirmation message regarding the status of your order will appear on the screen.

For Repairing a Product That Is No Longer Under Warranty

  • Products that will be shipped or brought to the store must contain the complete details of the sender (name, address, email, phone) and an explanation of the defect (if the cause is known or not).
  • After determining the defect and evaluating the repair cost, the customer will be notified, and their approval will be requested for any potential expenses.
  • If the customer does not agree with the price, they must pay the inspection fee.
  • The replaced spare parts will be returned to the customer.

In the case of products sold and delivered by igift.ro, the warranty certificates are either issued directly by the manufacturer if they have a national service network.

For products purchased from our partners, you will receive a warranty certificate at delivery for each product that comes with a warranty, including all details of the service center that handles repairs during the warranty period. The warranty for products purchased from our partners is provided by the partner who sold the product or by the manufacturer's authorized service center, depending on the case.

For warranty certificates issued by manufacturers, the defective product during the warranty period must be presented directly to the nearest service center mentioned in the certificate. This manufacturer-authorized center will assume full responsibility for resolving the warranty issue.

If the warranty certificate is missing, it must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods to the email address contact@igift.roAny subsequent complaints will not be considered.
